Hello, I'm Kristie, and I've been on an incredible journey of transformation through yoga for over a decade. In 2021, I took a significant step by becoming a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). This immersive path has given me profound insights into the holistic impact of yoga on the body and mind.
My passion for yoga extends beyond my personal practice. I'm dedicated to creating a supportive environment where students can embark on their unique yoga journey. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, my goal is to help you grow at your own pace.
At the core of my teaching philosophy, you'll find the principles of safety, curiosity, and self-discovery. I believe in the boundless potential of yoga to empower individuals, helping them access their inner strength and inner peace.
With my training and hands-on teaching experience, my aim is not only to guide students but also to empower them to fully own their yoga journey. This practice is both personal and communal, a delicate blend of self-exploration and shared growth.
I'm thrilled to welcome you on this remarkable yoga voyage. Join me on the mat, and together, let's embark on a transformative expedition toward self-discovery, holistic wellness, and personal evolution.
Here are a few things to know about me:
1. I value respect and kindness in my interactions with others.
2. I've been a part of ABS & GLUTES Fitness Center for 18 years, and I've been teaching for a decade.
3. Group fitness is my passion, as I find that pushing myself alongside like-minded individuals brings out the best in me.
