What do I wear during the massage? You can wear your underwear or you can go naked. You will be draped the entire massage.
Do I talk during the massage? Each massage is different. You do what you are comfortable with. Remember you are there to relax and if conversing is what helps you let down then that is ok. YOU BE YOU!
Do you massage men or women? Our therapist massages both men and women.
what do I do after the massage? We ask that you hydrate afterwards to replenish your muscles.
Does it hurt? That depends how tight your muscles are. We can always lessen how deep we are applying pressure. Every client is different in what they want and like or need. We ask that you talk to us during the massage and let us know if our touch is too hard or gentle so we can adjust for you. Prior to starting we discuss what it is you are looking for in your massage.
Do you use tools during the massage? Yes and No. We may use different tools if we think it may help but we always ask prior to using them.
